Part One is the INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE form.  Please complete this form and return to us immediately to Downtown Business Association, P.O. Box 1642, Athens, TN 37371.  This is not a legal binding form. We will use it in the planning and logistics process of the festival.

 

 

Part Two is the VENDOR RULES AND REQUIREMENTS AGREEMENT form.  Please read this agreement, sign  and submit it with your check or money order for the appropriate booth fee(s) to Downtown Business Association, P.O. Box 1642, Athens, TN 37371. We must receive both parts of your application and your booth fee before the November 16th deadline.

 

 

Also, this year we are encouraging all participating vendors to do all they can to conform to our "Old Fashioned Victorian" theme.  We aren't asking that you spend a lot of money on decorations and period costumes.  However, we are offering some guidelines for getting into the spirit of things by using items you can find around the house or in a thrift store.  We hope that you will join us in creating old fashioned memories and tradition for our visitors.
